About the VISAGE Software

The VISAGE software enhances forensic DNA profiling by implementing established and enhanced prediction algorithms for appearance, age, and ancestry (AAA) from trace DNA, helping to focus police investigations.

The consortium has also trained target groups and disseminated outcomes to ensure forensic labs and law enforcement agencies are equipped with state-of-the-art DNA analysis intelligence.

As active members of the VISAGE Consortium, we have developed the core software within Work Package 4, focusing on robust statistical predictive modeling and seamless data translation.
